Who we are

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record and is an independent controller of payment data.

What we collect

Birth details you enter: a name or nickname, date, time (or approximate part of the day) and place of birth.

At checkout: your email address and the order status. Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page; we never receive them.

Technical data: your approximate country (to choose the language and currency), a language cookie and, in your browser only, your reading progress.

Why we use it

To calculate your chart and write your report (performance of the contract), to send you the link and receipts, to answer support requests and to prevent fraud and abuse.

Text generation by AI

To write the report text, your chart data and the name you entered are sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek). We do not send your email or payment data. The provider may process the data outside the EEA and uses it only to generate your text.

Storage and retention

Your report is stored so that you can open it again by its link. We keep orders for 24 months and then delete them, or earlier at your request. Anyone who has the link can open the report, so share it only with people you trust.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use service providers: hosting, a payment provider, DeepSeek (text generation), Resend (email delivery). They process data only on our instructions or as independent controllers for payments.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use only a necessary cookie that remembers your language. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Children

The service is intended for people aged 18 and over.
